Made of just flour, water, salt, and naturally fermented starter, every Sour Flour Loaf is mixed and formed by hand.
We’re baking every day, Tuesday through Friday, at La Victoria Bakery in the Mission District of San Francisco. Sour Flour Loaves are available for sale at the bakery on those days; we recommend paying in advance here so your bread is set aside and waiting when you arrive.
We welcome Holiday and bulk orders – contact us directly if you have a special request.

Bread is ready by 3PM, Tuesday through Friday. Pick your favorite day of the week to plan ahead for your bread pick up:
