Bagel Monday is the production and distribution of free bagels for the community.
Bagel Monday was one of the first consistent projects of Sour Flour and has continued as a faithful routine to begin your week. Sour Flour encourages people to jump on the bagel baker bandwagon and try their hand with homemade bagels. We will teach you how to bake Sour Flour bagels and provide you with a sourdough starter, but we will also encourage you to distribute your bagels for free to your neighbors and friends. Use bagels as an excuse to make friends with the guy or gal next door!

All bagels will be available for pickup at United Market on 21st street and York. They will be in a bag with your name on them. Enjoy!
